Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional Friday evenings
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Cleveland
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing conditions
