- Execute seamless event operations at Nashville venues including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly

- Manage inventory and equipment during high-energy weekend events

- Complete accurate reporting and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
