Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, information booths, and activity stations
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and promotional materials
- Distribute promotional materials and engage attendees with brand messaging
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems when required
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate attendance records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
