Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Direct attendees to venues, restrooms, and activity zones
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Collect and report attendee feedback to event coordinators
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (tents, signage, etc.)
- Handle basic customer service inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Austin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic digital literacy for check-in systems
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check (provided)
- Must be 18+ years of age
