Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at weekend events and festivals across Georgia
- Manage registration desks, ticket scanning, and attendee check-in with professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Collaborate with event teams to maintain venue safety and cleanliness standards
- Support setup/breakdown operations and ensure timely event transitions
- Document attendance and report operational insights to supervisors
Qualifications
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with no weekday commitment
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various Atlanta metro locations
- Must pass basic background check and provide work authorization
- Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments
