Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of common areas and facilities
- Support event setup and break-down for weekend functions and activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks including reservations and inventory management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
