Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide venue navigation and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest services and special accommodations
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Coordinate with security teams during high-traffic periods
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-12am shifts)
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, loud environments
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter and CBD venues
