Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using resort systems
- Maintain pristine facility conditions including pool areas, lobbies, and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
- Uphold resort safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (no weekday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
