Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 event staff during weekend functions
- Coordinate client communications and special requests
- Execute venue setup breakdown procedures
- Manage inventory and equipment logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct post-event reconciliation and reporting
- Mentor new staff members during orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event supervision experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-11PM)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification
