Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decorations
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficientlyProvide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics support
- Collect payments and manage event merchandise sales
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with no weekday requirements
- Previous event staff, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach locations
