Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service at weekend festivals and concerts
- Set up and break down event venues efficiently and safely
- Assist with crowd control and ensure venue compliance with safety protocols

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Report operational issues and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
