Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across resort amenities and dining venues
- Manage weekend check-in/out procedures for guests
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in high-traffic areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical mobility
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid NV Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic proficiency in reservation software and POS systems
