Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue operations during weekend events
- Execute event setups and breakdowns following safety protocols
- Assist VIP guests and coordinate with venue security teams
- Monitor inventory and maintain event equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-energy events
- Document incidents and report to event managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-12am)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid US work authorization required
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Positive attitude under pressure
