Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend festivals and events
- Manage vendor booths, product sampling stations, or guest registration
- Ensure brand compliance and maintain event aesthetics
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Report operational issues and maintain safety standards
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid California ID required
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-related events)
