Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations
- Report venue issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday work)
- Valid California driver's license (required for venue transport)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to multiple San Diego locations
