Responsibilities
- Manage crowd flow and guest interactions at weekend events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for retail positions
- Set up and break down event booths/venues
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-traffic environments
- Ensure safety compliance at all times
- Assist with inventory management for retail roles
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-6PM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours continuously
- Valid California ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to San Diego locations
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude under pressure
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol events)
