Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures at weekend events
- Operate event equipment (sound systems, lighting, registration kiosks)
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown and maintain organized workspaces
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols as needed
- Complete accurate post-event reporting and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
