Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for elderly patients
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend shift rotations and mandatory team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (clinical or non-clinical)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
