Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergencies with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
- Support weekday operations as needed for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CMA license in Oklahoma
- 2+ years clinical experience in a hospital/clinic setting
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Weekend availability with weekday training commitment
