Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in daily stock counts and documentation.
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments according to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all weekend shifts.
