Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across Northern California hubs
- Manage inventory systems and ensure weekend supply chain continuity
- Oversee weekend delivery schedules and driver dispatch
- Resolve urgent operational issues with minimal supervision
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Train and mentor weekend team members on company protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or operations management
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
