- Execute daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision, accuracy, and speed.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to prevent errors and returns.
- Collaborate effectively with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
