Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company quality procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with weekday staff to ensure seamless workflow and operational continuity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any logistical issues that arise efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, shipments, and delivery logs.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility is mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
