Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Reporting: Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and interpret instructions, with clear verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
