Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse and distribution operations
- Manage 10-15 weekend staff members including scheduling and training
- Optimize logistics workflows for weekend delivery efficiency
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service quality standards
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and cycle counts
- Prepare weekly performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers between weekend and weekday teams

Qualifications

- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods
