Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations handoffs
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for weekend-specific workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outbound shipments
- Participate in weekend safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) and reliability mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation abilities
