- Load and unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before packing.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read shipping labels and documentation.
