Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Execute daily cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and zero error rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required by your shift.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
