The Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for accuracy according to shipping orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update inventory records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
