Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain real-time stock data in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently (8am-5pm shifts)
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid state ID required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago distribution center
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
