Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers with accuracy and speed using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and verify inventory against packing lists.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for regional delivery.
- Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding workflow and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
