Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care and support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing and mobility
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Adhere to all HIPAA and facility protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
