Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support patient education and health advocacy
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or medical assistant (MA) credential
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with weekend and holiday shifts
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for transportation needs
- Pass background check and drug screening
