Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in outpatient and emergency settings
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active GA nursing license or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient or urgent care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes
- BLS/CPR certification (required) and ACLS preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR system highly desirable
