Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Collaborate with RNs to maintain accurate patient records and care plans
- Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling confidential patient information
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Support discharge planning and family communication
Qualifications
- Indiana CNA license or equivalent medical certification
- 1+ years healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with physical assistance tasks
- BLS/CPR certification required (will train)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Availability for every weekend shift (no conflicts)
- Background check and drug screen required
