Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Administer medications accurately and maintain detailed documentation
- Assist with therapeutic activities and patient companionship
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (new graduates encouraged)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Pass background check and health screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
