Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Manage facility operations including equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Process member registrations and point-of-sales transactions
- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and coverage
- Execute facility deep-cleaning protocols
- Assist with weekend wellness events and workshops
- Resolve member inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of facility operations best practices
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
