Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transport patients to appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
