Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurate vital signs monitoring and documentation in electronic health records
- Medication administration under RN supervision with strict protocol adherence
- Coordination of care transitions between day/night shift teams
- Emergency response support including CPR and first aid when needed
- Patient education on home care procedures and health maintenance
Qualifications
- Florida CNA license in good standing or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification with current renewal date
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse patient interactions
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation for weekend shift coverage
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
