Responsibilities
- Delicate compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team during handovers
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency protocols
- Complete accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA, HHA, or medical assistant certification preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Weekend availability mandatory (no weekday shifts)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
