Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and documentation
- Provide direct support to patients under healthcare provider guidance
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/MA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-6PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
