Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at premier Austin attractions and weekend events
- Facilitate seamless visitor experiences through personalized recommendations
- Coordinate weekend event logistics including setup, execution, and teardown
- Act as a brand ambassador representing Austin's unique culture and attractions
- Maintain detailed visitor feedback and operational reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work in diverse environments (outdoor events, indoor venues)
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and local culture
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
