Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to guests during weekend shifts
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications

- Availability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
