Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests with prompt assistance and personalized attention
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using resort software systems
- Prepare and maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas according to resort standards
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately with daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during weekend peak periods
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling proficiency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transportation assistance required)
