Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend operations including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Manage resort amenities including pool areas, fitness centers, and event spaces with meticulous attention to detail
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and resolve billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless weekend operations
- Execute promotional activities and upsell resort packages to enhance guest experiences
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and resort standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or resort operations
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi) or similar software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for shuttle operations)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of Denver attractions and local area preferred
- Flexible weekday availability for mandatory training sessions
