Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm and professional demeanor during weekend shifts
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with event setup and coordination for weekend weddings and special occasions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in common areas and guest facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold resort safety protocols and emergency procedures during weekend occupancy
- Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy and integrity
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 16 hours weekly)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional holiday weekends as needed
