Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with inquiries, directions, and requests
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Operate POS systems to process payments and manage transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Reliable transportation to Times Square location
