Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage resort amenities including pool access, spa reservations, and dining inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with maintenance/management teams
- Operate point-of-sale systems for retail purchases and activity bookings
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and cleaning protocols
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend weddings and corporate retreats
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with reservation systems and point-of-sale technology
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for facility transportation)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided)
- Georgia hospitality certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
