Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our premium downtown venue
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
