- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Manage reservations and seating for high-volume weekend operations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to maintain cleanliness and ambiance standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist in inventory management for weekend peak hours
- Support special weekend events and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to train
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
